Uniting Communities, Changing Lives
With people living, working and traveling to all points in our region on a regular basis, geographical lines between the different communities have become less apparent. Volunteers representing both United Ways believe a merger benefits our region in a number of ways: a blending of mutual traditions of volunteer service, the integration of homegrown philanthropy with professional service, and efficient utilization of operational resources to form one effective and impactful organization. Your even Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way can have a deeper impact in our communities as one organization than we do as separate entities, and will better meet community needs.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to United Way and your community.
